Haraaz Coffee

Step Farming

Centuries old stone steps, carved from rocky mountain slopes, create conditions for sustainable farming. A tradition that continues today.

Haraz Mountain Region

A panoramic spread of vast rocky mountains, Haraz provides a glimpse of an ancient agrarian culture. Old stone houses form clusters of cillages on high peaks. Some disguised by jagged rocks – others perch on high, like watch towers.

Dry-Processing

Hand picked red cherries are sun-dried on mats made from natural fibers of date palm trees. This ancient method provides the best conditions for developing quality coffee.

Farmer Identification Cards

To ensure authenticity, each farmer carries an ID card, depicting his name, photo, and farm location. Transparency and tracking of coffee begins on the farm and ends in the package. Cultivated by these proud farmers, we are privileged to introduce this pure reserve to the world.
